– One of the great things about ATC is that your children don’t have to leave the school premises.
– All children from Reception to year 2 will be collected from their classrooms and taken to the hall or brought to the hall by school staff.
– From year 3 onwards the children make their own way to the hall.
– A daily register is taken. Parents/carers are required to sign their children out when
they collect them at the end of the day.
– It is vitally important we know where your children are so we must be notified prior to the end of the school day if children will not be attending the club. There is a £10.00 non-notification fee.
– The children bring their coats and bags to the club and we have an area where they are kept until they are collected. If children leaves belongings in school we cannot take them back to get them after 4.15pm as cleaning takes place.
– Whilst every care is taken, the children’s personal possessions are not covered by the club’s insurance policy and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss of or damage
to personal property, clothing, money etc. Children should not bring in any of their own toys or valuable possessions. Mobile phones are not permitted at ATC, if children have them they must stay in their bags.
– On a daily basis we offer a variety of healthy snacks which include:
Squash/water/milk, fruit, soup, toast/bread, yoghurts/mousse, pasta, a variety of cereals, toast with toppings (baked beans/spaghetti/ravioli).
– We can cater for special dietary needs with prior notification (See registration form)
– The children have a “snack card” with their name on that they hand in when they have snack, this enables us to monitor what the children eat and keep you informed.
– The snack bar runs from 3.20 to 4.45pm and the children are free to come up when they like.
– Drinks are available throughout the whole session.
– Please notify us of any allergies and we will cater for these.
